The Artlink A. E. England Gallery is proud to present a photographic installation by artist Kris Sanford titled, Between the Lines. Sanford’s exhibition explores how snapshots and diaries represent and replace our life experiences.
Originally from the suburbs of Detroit, Kris Sanford currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona. She received her MFA in photography from Arizona State University, where she served as art editor for Hayden’s Ferry Review and co-coordinated the collaborative Visual Text Project. She has been an active member of the Phoenix arts community for several years and was an artist member of the Kitchenette and Eye Lounge Contemporary Art Space. She currently teaches photography at Glendale Community College and Arizona State University.
Exhibition Dates: May 1st – 29th
Opening Reception: First Friday May 7th, 6-10 PM
Closing Reception: Third Friday May 21st, 6-9 PM
